Programme & participation stages

All the information for exhibitors at Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec 2027: set-up schedule (18–22 March), access during the event (23–25 March), dismantling, additional equipment orders and exhibit insurance at ROMEXPO Bucharest.

Badge collection

Starting March 18, 2027, at 8:00 AM, exhibitors can collect their badges from the EUROEXPO FAIRS INFORMATION DESK — located at the ROMEXPO DISPATCH CENTER, in Pavilion B3.

1. 01

   Stand set-up

   18–22 March 2027

   • For companies with custom-built stands or working with third-party contractors, the set-up period is 18–22 March 2027, between 08:00–20:00 (access via Poligrafiei Boulevard no. 1, Gate E, Pavilion B2 – Romexpo, Bucharest).
   • For companies with stands built by Romexpo, access is allowed during 21–22 March 2027, between 08:00–20:00 (access via Gate E, Pavilion B2 – Romexpo, Bucharest).
   • Please ensure that all payments are completed before the set-up period, by 22 March 2027. All payments must be made via bank transfer, using the banking details in the proforma invoice. Payments are made in RON, at the EUR/RON exchange rate published by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the day of payment.
   • Access for set-up will not be permitted unless all participation fees have been paid in full.
   • Car access during the set-up period is FREE, only through Gate E (Poligrafiei Blvd. no. 1).

   Important: companies with their own stand construction will be granted access only after their stand project has been approved.

   Event

   23–25 March 2027

   Exhibitor access

   • During the exhibition (23–24 March 2027), pedestrian access for exhibitors is through Gates E and B, with an exhibitor badge, between 09:00–17:30; on 25 March 2027, between 09:00–20:00.
   • Vehicle access for exhibitors (23–24 March 2027) is through Gate E, into the designated exhibitor parking area, between 09:00–17:30; on 25 March 2027, between 09:00–20:00, based on parking fee payment (5 RON/hour or 25 EUR/vehicle + VAT full-period pass).

   Visitor access

   • 23–24 March 2027: 10:00–17:00.
   • 25 March 2027: 10:00–16:00.
   • Pedestrian access through Gates A, B and C, based on the barcode received by email after online registration on the event website.
   • Car access: 5 RON/hour – Parking lots B and C.
3. 03

   Dismantling

   26–27 March 2027

   • Stand dismantling begins on 25 March 2027, from 16:00 to 20:00, and continues on 26–27 March 2027, between 08:00–20:00 (access via Poligrafiei Blvd. no. 1, Gate E, Pavilion B2 – Romexpo, Bucharest).

   Note: the exhibition space must be completely cleared of all dismantling waste (boxes, packaging, etc.) and returned in the same condition as it was received.
4. 04

   Additional equipment orders

   by 13 March 2027

   • Please submit all requests for additional equipment (forklift, cleaning, furniture, etc.) no later than 13 March 2027. Order forms can be found here.
   • This will ensure that everything you’ve ordered is ready in your booth, avoiding delays or issues during set-up.
   • Please remember that all payments must be made via bank transfer, using the banking details in the proforma invoice. Payments must be made in RON, at the EUR/RON exchange rate published by BNR on the payment date.

   Exhibit insurance

   • Euroexpo Fairs provides (according to Article 8 of the participation contract) general external security of the pavilions/platforms outside exhibition hours, but is not responsible for the safety or integrity of exhibitors’ goods and materials. We recommend that exhibitors take out insurance for their exhibits.
   • In case of theft or loss of any exhibit/item from the stand, the exhibitor must immediately report the incident to the police.
   • The exhibitor is responsible for the security and integrity of their belongings during mandatory presence hours at the booth, as well as during the stand set-up and dismantling periods.
