1. SET-UP PERIOD – MARCH 18 – 22, 2027

For companies with custom-built stands or working with third-party contractors, the set-up period is March 18 – 22, 2027, between 08:00 – 20:00 (access via Poligrafiei Boulevard no. 1, Gate E, Pavilion B2 – Romexpo, Bucharest).
Important: Companies with their own stand construction will be granted access only after their stand project has been approved.

For companies with stands built by Romexpo, access is allowed during March 21–22, 2027, between 08:00 – 20:00 (access via Poligrafiei Boulevard no. 1, Gate E, Pavilion B2 – Romexpo, Bucharest).

Please ensure that all payments are completed before the set-up period, by March 22, 2027. All payments must be made via bank transfer, using the banking details provided in the proforma invoice. Payments are made in RON, at the EUR/RON exchange rate published by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the day of payment.

Access for set-up will not be permitted unless all participation fees have been paid in full.

Car access during the set-up period is FREE, only through Gate E (Poligrafiei Blvd. no. 1).

2. EVENT PERIOD – MARCH 23–25, 2027

Exhibitor Access:

During the exhibition (March 23–24, 2027), pedestrian access for exhibitors is permitted through Gates E and B, with an exhibitor badge, between 09:00 – 20:00.
On March 25, 2027, access is from 09:00 – 17:30.

Vehicle access for exhibitors (March 23–24, 2027) is through Gate E, into the designated exhibitor parking area, between 09:00 – 20:00.
On March 25, 2027, access is allowed between 09:00 – 17:30, based on parking fee payment (5 RON/hour or 21 EUR/vehicle + VAT for the full exhibition period pass).

Visitor Access:

• March 23–24, 2027: 10:00 – 17:30
• March 25, 2027: 10:00 – 17:00

Pedestrian access through Gates A, B, and C is allowed based on the barcode received via email after online registration on the event website.
Car access: 5 RON/hour – Parking lots B and C

3. DISMANTLING PERIOD – MARCH 26–27, 2027

Stand dismantling begins on March 25, 2027, from 16:00 to 20:00, and continues on March 26–27, between 08:00 – 20:00 (access via Poligrafiei Blvd. no. 1, Gate E, Pavilion B2 – Romexpo, Bucharest).
Note: The exhibition space must be completely cleared of all dismantling waste (boxes, packaging, etc.) and returned in the same condition as it was received.

4. ORDERS FOR ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Please submit all requests for additional equipment (forklift, cleaning, furniture, etc.) no later than March 13, 2027.

This will ensure that everything you’ve ordered is ready in your booth, avoiding delays or issues during set-up.

Please remember that all payments must be made via bank transfer, using the banking details provided in the proforma invoice. Payments must be made in RON, using the EUR/RON exchange rate published by BNR on the payment date.

5. EXHIBIT INSURANCE

Euroexpo Fairs provides (according to Article 8 of the participation contract) general external security of the pavilions/platforms outside exhibition hours, but is not responsible for the safety or integrity of exhibitors’ goods and materials.
We recommend that exhibitors take out insurance for their exhibits.

In case of theft or loss of any exhibit/item from the stand, the exhibitor must immediately report the incident to the police.

The exhibitor is responsible for the security and integrity of their belongings during mandatory presence hours at the booth, as well as during the stand set-up and dismantling periods.
