Here you will find all the participation forms for exhibitors at GREEN ENERGY EXPO & ROMENVIROTEC 2027, the International Fair for Renewable Energy, Environmental Protection and Technologies for Sustainable Communities (23–25 March 2027, ROMEXPO – Halls B1 and B2). We have organised the documents in two stages: first the registration and the contracts required in order to take part, then the services and logistics for setting up your stand — inside the halls or on the outdoor platforms. 1. Registration & Contracts

Application Contract

The main participation document. Fill in your company details and the stand area you need — in Hall B1 or B2, or on an outdoor platform. Mandatory for all exhibitors.

GDPR

The agreement on the processing of personal data. Mandatory for all exhibitors, in line with the legislation in force.

Thematics

Register the brands and the categories of equipment, technologies and services you exhibit. Based on this information we place you in the right sector — GREEN ENERGY, ROMENVIROTEC WATER, WASTE, FOREST or SMART CITY TECH — and list you correctly in the official fair catalogue.

Co-exhibitors

To be filled in only if you share your stand with another partner brand present alongside you.

Standard Stand Construction

The basic stand package: walls, carpet, fascia lettering and lighting. Recommended if this is your first time at the fair.

Stand built by the exhibitor or a third party

Fill this in if you build your stand to your own design or through an external company. Required for the approval of the stand design.

2. Services & logistics

Furniture Rental

Tables, chairs, display cases, shelving and other furniture for your stand.

Indoor & Outdoor Advertising

Advertising space inside Halls B1 and B2 and across the ROMEXPO grounds, for maximum visibility.

Parking

Reserve parking spaces for your team for the duration of the event.

Loading / Unloading / Handling

Handling of equipment and exhibits, with cranes, forklifts and specialised staff.

Cleaning Services

Daily cleaning of your stand throughout the fair.

Sanitary Installations

Water and sewage connection for stands that need a sink or sanitary facilities.

Electrical Installations

Electrical connection and additional power for the equipment and installations on your stand, including for demonstrations.

Compressed Air

Compressed air connection for stands with equipment or demonstrations that require pressure.

Telecommunications

Internet connection and telephone lines dedicated to your stand.

Stand Security

Security services for your stand and exhibits outside visiting hours.

Promotional Materials

Order promotional materials and distribution services within the fair grounds.

Events

Support for activations, live demonstrations and special events at your stand.

Conference Halls

Book a hall for product launches, technical presentations or press conferences.

Graphics Services

Graphic customisation of your stand: wall prints, banners and signage.

Hanging Structures

Suspension of banners, logos or structures above your stand (truss / rigging).

Stand Construction Elements Rental

Rent additional elements: walls, platforms, doors and other structures.
