Inspired by the model of the world's leading international trade fair for environmental technologies, IFAT Munich, Romenvirotec continues to develop in Romania a platform connected to the real needs of the waste management, water and circular economy industries.
The 2026 edition confirmed the relevance of this concept, bringing together more than 15,000 visitors interested in solutions for waste collection, recycling, recovery, and sustainable infrastructure. This year also marked a record number of public authorities in attendance, including representatives from ministries, municipalities, and municipal associations.
Through partnerships with professional organizations and industry leaders, the Waste Management Sector brought together specialists, companies, and dialogue between the private and public sectors, further strengthening Romenvirotec's position as a key meeting point for the industry's major players.
